Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the “Action Palette for Gmail” browser extension (the “Extension”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. The service

The Extension adds a keyboard-driven command palette to the Gmail web interface. It is published by Michelangelo Partipilo, trading as Paduq (“we”, “us”).

3. Licence to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the official, unmodified Extension. A free tier is available, and a paid “Pro” tier unlocks additional features. This is a licence to use the software, not a sale of it.

4. Pro licences & activation

Pro features are unlocked with a licence key that has a device-activation limit. You may activate Pro on up to the number of devices stated at purchase, and you may deactivate a device to free a slot for another. Licence keys are for your own use; sharing, reselling, or distributing keys is not permitted and may result in the licence being revoked.

5. Payment, billing & refunds

Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, who also handle applicable taxes (including EU VAT). Subscription plans (e.g. monthly or yearly) renew automatically until cancelled; a lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review a refund in line with applicable consumer law and Lemon Squeezy’s policies. Where the law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right is unaffected.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Extension; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it (except where this restriction is prohibited by law); redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell it; remove or alter any proprietary or watermark notices; or use it to violate any law or any third party’s terms (including Google’s).

7. Intellectual property

The Extension, this website, and all related materials are our property and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights are reserved. The “Action Palette for Gmail” name and branding may not be used without our permission.

8. Third-party services

Your use of Gmail is governed by Google’s own terms; we are an independent product and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC. Payments are governed by Lemon Squeezy’s terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Gmail is a third-party product that can change at any time, which may affect or break features. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Gmail.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by sharing licence keys or copying the software).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Effective date” above will change. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
