Action Palette for Gmail

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 12 June 2026

In short: The extension never reads, stores, or transmits the contents of your email. The free version makes zero network calls — no servers, no analytics, no tracking. The only time it talks to the internet is to validate a Pro license key, and only if you choose to activate one.

Who we are

“Action Palette for Gmail” (the “Extension”) is published by Michelangelo Partipilo, trading as Paduq (“we”, “us”). For privacy questions, contact us at gmallet@paduq.com.

What the Extension accesses

The Extension runs only on mail.google.com. To build its command list and run actions, it reads interface elements such as your label names and toolbar buttons, and it dispatches Gmail’s own keyboard shortcuts on your behalf. It does not read, collect, or transmit the contents of your messages, contacts, or attachments.

Data stored on your device

The Extension uses your browser’s built-in extension storage. This data lives in your browser; we do not operate a server that receives it (except the license check described below).

You can erase all of this at any time by removing the Extension or clearing the browser’s storage for it.

Network activity

Free version: none. The Extension makes no network requests.

Pro license: if you activate a Pro license key, the Extension contacts our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (api.lemonsqueezy.com), to validate the key, and re-validates it periodically (about once a day). These requests send only your license key and a generated device identifier — never any email data. Network access for this is an optional permission you grant at the moment you activate.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Information you provide to buy a license (such as your name, email, and payment details) is handled by Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy. We receive only what is needed to issue and validate your license.

Third parties & tracking

We do not use advertising networks, analytics, or third-party trackers in the Extension. Our only third-party processor is Lemon Squeezy, for licensing and payments. This website does not set tracking cookies.

Your rights

Because nearly all data stays on your device, you control it directly. For any purchase-related personal data, you may request access, correction, or deletion — contact us at gmallet@paduq.com or Lemon Squeezy directly. Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

The Extension is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the “Effective date” above will change. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
